This beautiful Cataumet condo overlooking Red Brook Harbor had everything except space for the homeowner’s extended family during Cape Cod family vacations. The unfinished basement served only as a mechanical room while upstairs bedrooms overflowed during the summer season.

Our team designed and built a complete transformation of the space to function as a vacation suite. We created a studio-style bonus room with flexible space for both kids' play and family relaxation. The full bathroom features a unique tile tub bursting with personality—perfect for unwinding after beach days. The smart layout that maintains mechanical systems while maximizing livable space, adding a total of 800 sq. ft. to the home.

What was once wasted storage now provides the kids with a dedicated play space, adults with a spa-like retreat, and most importantly, space for all the extended family.
