Whether you’re building a custom home on Cape Cod from the ground up or updating your home with a new kitchen remodel or bathroom remodel our proven approach delivers exceptional results without the headaches and heartaches often associated with renovating.
Our Design/Build Process
Space Planning
Space Planning aims to determine the workable layout and scope of work for your project. Our team will gather all of the essential information to craft the space available in a way that suits your needs.
On-site measurements will be taken to create floor plans and renderings–allowing us to present you with one or more layouts for your project. We will identify any logistics that will affect your project’s timeframe and budget, such as engineering, permitting, and zoning.
Design Selection
Once we have an understanding of the space available and logistics, we can start to “fill in the box” with the actual design of your project. Our design team will meet with you to understand your vision, gathering all of your ideas and wish-lists.
We then use our knowledge base and wide array of vendors, to create your dream space. We will present you with all of our recommended selections. Of course, the final choice is up to you.
Construction
Once we’ve presented you with the project plan (which includes drawings, budget, and timeline) we move to a construction agreement and get started.
At that point, your dedicated Project Manager will guide you through the entire construction phase following our proven, comprehensive project management process.
