So how do we address these concerns and ensure a successful outcome?

Our Project Management Process 

Our design/build process starts with a thorough 2-step design phase to fully explore the logistics involved in your project–from engineering requirements to permitting, design selection, and more.

Once we’ve presented you with the project plan (which includes drawings, budget, and timeline) we move to a construction agreement and get started.

At that point, you will be assigned an experienced, dedicated Project Manager as your partner and primary point of contact through the entire process.

Your Project Manager will:

  • Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of your project plans, specifications, schedule, and budget. 

  • Work in tandem with the Production Manager to deliver the project on time, on budget, and to your complete satisfaction.

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics including material acquisition, contractor utilization, scheduling, and more.

  • Ensure your project meets our highest standards for quality control and customer satisfaction–treating you and your home with respect and care.

  • Provide you with weekly updates and constant communication about your project status.

Our process ensures each client receives a level of communication that provides them with an excellent experience throughout the entire project.

Change is inevitable. We have a process for that.

Even with the best plans and intentions, things can change. We understand that and have a process in place to handle these changes professionally and respectfully.

We document and review all change order requests to determine if they are in scope. When required, we create Change Order documents for your approval and communicate any budget or timeline implications.
